Our exchange and return policy is listed below. We will be happy to take further questions, please feel free to reach out to us at care@charkhee.com

  • Products on discount SALE, LAST CHANCE OR SPECIAL PRICE OR SAMPLE SALE OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL OFFER are not eligible for returns but can only be exchanged.
  • Customised products, accessories, lehengas & certain products (indicated in product description) are not eligible for Exchange or Return.
  • We do not provide any returns or exchange for International orders.
  • There are applicable charges incase of exchange and return, as explained below.

Process

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product at care@charkhee.com
  • Please mention the order number or any other detail that helps us identify your order.
  • Charkhee team must approve your request before you proceed further.
  • Kindly ship the product back to us in original condition (within 7 days from delivery), or upon request we can arrange for a return pick-up and reshipping on chargeable basis.
  • We recommend our courier pick-up to avoid loss and delay as we wont be responsible for the same incase of self courier.
  • Reverse pickup maynot be available across all pincodes, in such cases customers are required to make their own arrangements to ship back the product.

Exchange

  • The exchange can be done only once after which no exchange/return will be applicable.
  • If the size is not available in the same style, an alternate product will have to be selected. One can exchange with products of same or higher value only. Same will apply for articles on SAMPLE SALE. You may request for a store credit voucher if you wish to carry forward your exchange value.
  • Articles on SAMPLE SALE may have some inconsistencies and minor defects. They are shortlisted for Sample Sale after careful assessment and refurbished and offered at great value such that one can wear it comfortably. The samples which are not shortlisted get scrapped.

Return

In the odd case that you wish to return your charkhee products;

  • A standard 3% of your order amount would be deducted from the total amount in the case of return (this is over & above the shipping charge, if the pick-up is arranged by us), or you may opt for a store credit voucher
  • We will initiate the refund or issue a store credit voucher after the items have gone through the necessary quality checks upon return. Refund will be processed to the original payment mode (where applicable). For other cases and for COD kindly mail your bank details, the payment will be transferred to your bank account (as per standard 3rd party processing timelines and may take upto 15days). 

 

  • Only unused and unwashed products are eligible for exchange or return.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of charkhee.
