In the odd case that you do not love your charkhee products, here is our policy on returns: 

  • If you are not satisfied and wish to return please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product at returns@charkhee.com
  •  Kindly mention the following details:
    • order number
    • product code
    • size
    • pick up address
  • Only unused and unwashed products are eligible for return. While returning please make sure the packaging is intact and the product is in original condition.
  • Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customized orders.
  • The charkhee team must receive and approve your return request.
  • Kindly ship the product back to us ( within 7 days from delivery), or upon request we can arrange for a return pick-up on chargeable basis.
  • We recommend our courier pick up to avoid loss and delay as we wont be responsible for the same incase of self courier
  • No refund would be processed for delayed couriers beyond 7 days.
  • We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. You can choose to either receive the refund in the form of store credit which will reflect in your charkhee account or you may choose to receive the amount back to the same payment mode (except for cash on delivery (COD)) that you used to place this order. If the payment mode was COD, kindly mail us your bank details and the payment will be transferred to your bank account (as per standard processing time and may take upto 15days). 
  • A standard 2% of your order amount would be deducted from the total amount incase of return.
  • Products on discount are not eligible for returns, LAST CHANCE OR SPECIAL PRICE OR SALE OR SAMPLE SALE products are not eligible for returns but can only be exchanged. Please refer to the exchange policy.
  • Products on Buy X Get % Off are eligible for exchange or return. Incase of an exchange the discount will not be extended on the exchanged products. Incase of a return of a single item, the discount will not be applicable on the order and rest of the products will be billed as per the offered MRP at the time of original billing and the price maybe adjusted from the returning item.
  • We do not provide any returns for International orders.

  • All returns are subject to the discretion of charkhee.
