Domestic Shipping
Charkhee uses the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your product/s.
Please go through the description and size chart thoroughly before ordering as we are not responsible for any discrepancy.
Domestic (within India)
- We charge 0 shipping fee for all products.
- COD is available for orders in the range of Rs. 2500/- to Rs. 29000/- at a nominal fee of Rs. 400/- (COD not applicable for custom or Plus Size orders). For a COD waiver, mail us at care@charkhee.com soon after placing your order and our team will see if an exception can be made for your zone and adjust after deducting tax.
- Our average delivery time within India is 10-12 working days, some cases may take longer. Delivery timelines for some collections may differ and take upto 12-15 working days.
- Incase you have a specific date within which your order is to be delivered, kindly send us a note on care@charkhee.com to take a confirmation
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- Charkhee does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code and phone number
- Charkhee will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings or incorrect spelling or pincode errors. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.
- In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be dispatched together.
- All products shall be shipped from India.

Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills.
Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. Please provide your phone number for shipping purpose.
Due to Covid-19 deliveries may get impacted and COD may not be available across all pincodes.
Reverse pickup maynot be available across all pincodes, in such cases customers are required to make their own arrangements to ship back the product.
